About Karoopark Conference Venue
Situated in the heart of Graaff-Reinet, Karoopark Guest House has two Conference venues that can accommodate up to 30 delegates each. One venue overlooks the swimming pool & expansive gardens at the back of the colonial manor house and the other room is part of the main building.
Situated in the heart of Graaff-Reinet, Karoopark Guest House has two Conference venues that can accommodate up to 30 delegates each. One venue overlooks the swimming pool & expansive gardens at the back of the colonial manor house and the other room is part of the main building.
Both conference venues have air-conditioning & the equipment available includes a television, flip chart, screen and stationary. Every delegate will also receive bottled water, a notebook and pen on request.
Conference packages consist of the following:
- Breakfast
- Coffee & Tea with scones or snacks of your choice
- Lunch with soft drinks
- Afternoon tea & coffee with treats
- 1, 2 or 3 course Dinner depending on your requirements
Venue hire depends on equipment required.

- Enter Graaff-Reinet on the R63 and turn left into Caledon Street (R63) at the second cross intersection
- Karoopark Guest House is in the first block on the right hand side at No 81.
From Middelburg
- Enter Graaff-Reinet on the N9 and turn right into Caledon Street (R63)
- Go past the church, over the major intersections at Bourke Street and Cradock Street
- Karoopark Guest House is in on the left hand side at No 81.
From Port Elizabeth
- Enter Graaff-Reinet on the N9 (R61) and continue up Kerk Street, round the church and turn left into Caledon Street
- Go past the church, over the major intersections at Bourke Street and Cradock Street
- Karoopark Guest House is in on the left hand side at No 81.
