Cat's Whiskers is a quaint historic restored  self-catering cottage with modern amenities. It is situated in the heart of Graaff-Reinet with views of Spandau Kop and is close to all the major attractions.

BEDROOMS;

Our cottage consists of two bedrooms, ideal for a family or two couples travelling together. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms.

The beds are king size or if you prefer 4 twin beds. All the beds have electric blankets and quality bedlinen. The rooms are equipped with ceiling fans for summer. Both rooms have a hairdryer.

BATHROOMS;

The one bathroom has a shower and a bath and two basins with toilet. The other en-suite bathroom has a basin, toilet and shower. The living room has a guest toilet. The bathrooms have the amenities you will need for your stay.

LIVING ROOM :

The spacious living room has a fireplace for chilly winter nights.  It has two French doors that open to the patio. The area is tastefully furnished with a leather couch, wingback chairs and beautiful prints and paintings on the walls. There is a six-seater dining room table with chairs. We have a book shelf stocked with books and games and a TV with Dstv as well as a  desk  and chair .

KITCHEN :

The kitchen is fully fitted. It has a stove, microwave oven and dishwasher. We have MasterChef pots and pans and all the culinary equipment you will need in order to prepare a meal. This area is spacious with bar stools and a sitting nook in the bay window overlooking the garden. Cats Whiskers is self-catering. We do provide coffee, tea, rusks and a sweet treat!

SECURE PARKING :

The cottage has a garage and ample secure parking behind a remote controlled gate in the private garden.

DROPBOX:

We have a drop box for your convenience on check out.

SECURITY :

The cottage has a  home alarm system.

BRAAI FACILITIES:

There is a mobile braai in the fully enclosed garden with aloes and quiver trees. We have two patio sets on the patio from where you can sit and relax, enjoying the Karoo landscape.

LAUNDRY ROOM :

We have a clothes dry rack, ironing board and iron for your convenience.
