About Langkloof Gallery and Sculpture Garden
Langkloof Gallery and Sculpture Garden is the fine art gallery and studio of artist Sheena Ridley. On the N9 national road between George and Graaff-Reinet, it lies between the beautiful Outeniqua and Kammanassie mountains, close to Uniondale in the Klein Karoo.
Sheena's oil paintings, pastels and sculptures are exhibited in a wonderfully restored barn, with her larger sculptures placed in the extensive indigenous garden and surrounding farm fields.
The gallery offers characterful accommodation. One self-catering cottage is available, with a double bedroom en-suite, (sleeps 2) and an open plan kitchen with a wood burning stove and a seating area.
There is a separate en-suite bedroom nearby (sleeps 2) and a lovely covered braai area in the garden.
Dinner is available (prior booking essential)
Ideal for a peaceful nature-inspired getaway or an en-route stop, this farm stay is an idyllic place to spend time at. It offers bird watching, star gazing, mountain bike routes, hiking routes, and wine tasting in the area, and your hosts are happy to advise you. We look forward to greeting you!
