About Magnum Farmhouse (35 mins from Graaff Reinet and 25 mins from Nieu Bethesda)
Magnum Farmhouse was built in the mid to late nineteenth century and restored in 2020. It is in a picturesque area, surrounded by mountains.
Accommodation is self-catering, simple and comfortable in a beautiful, and particularly quiet, setting. There are 3 bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. Two extra beds are available in a separate room if needed.
Long mountain walking options abound while 4x4 roads accessed by application. A high-clearance vehicle is needed for the 4km of gravel approach road to the house.
It is conveniently situated between the two towns of Graaff-Reinet and Nieu Bethesda - 35 minutes from Graaff-Reinet and 25 minutes from Nieu Bethesda.

Directions:
Take the tar road to Nieu Bethesda (27 km from Graaff Reinet on N9) and follow for 9 kilometers. Turn left on farm road and continue through the gate for 3.5 km. The house is visible from the road. See also map in the photographs.
