Snow in the Graaff-Reinet District!

Overnight, on Sunday the 9th of July this past weekend, it has snowed in the Graaff-Reinet district in the Sneeuberg Mountains. Various farms have recorded snowfall, including Blaauwater Farm, and Bergplaas Nature Reserve. There are certainly others.
Unfortunately, we do not have records of snow in inches/centimetres, but there has been a sizeable amount in the last twelve to twenty four hours.
The cold, wet, snowy and windy weather is likely to persist into this week, which makes it a perfect time to visit the district.
